"Lighthouse Photos" Is Still Under Construction

Hi . . . . My name's Danielle. I'm John's electronic assistant. I watch over the website while John's galavanting around the world taking pictures of lighthouses and other things.
This web site is still under construction, and given John's travel schedule, probably always will be.
John's finally sold the house in Ohio and completed the move to his new home in Maryland. Now, if he can just complete some of the renovation projects on the new house, maybe he can get back to working on the web site.
The Netherlands /Germany trip is history and the Netherlands pictures are posted on the site. A couple of pictures taken on Als island in southern Denmark have also been posted The German pages are still being worked on. They will be posted later.
Chasing lighthouses in eastern Germany proved a bit more difficult than expected. The weather did not cooperate and some of the lighthouses proved a bit more difficult than expected to find. A Dutch rental car with no cigarette lighter (or accessory) plug limited John's use of his new computer. The computer, connected to his GPS, proved invaluable -- when they could be used. Lack of a spare battery and access to the car's 12 volt power system limited their use, however.
